Matias Ceballos is a NZ-based composer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, originally from the South of Chile. His original music work is largely influenced by the roots of the native culture and the traditions of Latin America. In this concert Matias will take you on a musical journey through Latin America, from the pacific sea or the Amazon jungle to the Andean mountains. he mixes the Spanish guitar and the Latin American guitar, zampoñas, charango and many other instruments with a passion that pleasantly captures the attention of his audience.
Through his travels, he has come to know the true identity of the guitar in different countries of Latin America, and has dedicated his work especially to the Latin American Trova.
